At Mario’s Painting, we believe that the secret to achieving flawless-looking, beautiful surfaces both inside and outside your home lies in the pre-painting preparation. Where some companies may try to cut costs by cutting back on quality preparation time, we put in a full day’s work before the first coat of primer even goes on your walls.
Our first step is to prepare the work area by covering all furniture or, if necessary, moving it out of the way. When painting the outside of your home, we carefully cover all plants, trees and gardens. We then tape all of the molding and windows, and power wash the exterior as needed.

Next, we will properly prepare the surface to accept a new coat of paint by thoroughly stripping and sanding off old paint, wallpaper, and stain. We use environmentally friendly HEPA filters on all of our sanders in accordance with most city and county regulations. For interiors, we spackle cracks, bumps and holes to make everything even and smooth. For exteriors, we caulk and reglaze windows where necessary, and will repair shingles and stucco upon request.

All preparation materials are allowed to dry fully before applying the primer.
Depending on the surface to be covered, we will work with brushes, rollers, and/or sprayers. We use only premium materials, including Benjamin Moore, Sherwin-Williams, and Muralo paints so that the quality of our work will last the longest possible time. Furthermore, our commitment to quality means that no job is ever rushed, but each coat of paint is allowed to dry fully before the next one is applied. Although this may take some extra time during humid or rainy weather, it allows for the paints to adhere properly and show their true hues.
We clean up the entire site at the end of each day. Upon completion of the job we remove any and all coverings, replace the furniture to its original position, and thoroughly clean the site again. We dispose of all garbage and, for exterior jobs, power wash the driveway.
Mario's Painting is fully insured. We also have or will secure any permits required to conduct business in your town.
