We work with the same great care and hold high standards for the stripping, sanding, staining, and resealing as with our painting.

Mario's Painting uses only the highest quality equipment to recondition your worn floors and to protect your floors for many years of future use. We will sand with the appropriate grit sandpaper to smooth out any imprefections in the floor. Then we will thoroughly remove any dust before we start to varnish and seal.

We can match your current floor color, or you can choose a different color stain. Different stains can look dramatically different depending on the type and age of wood, so we will test the match, if necessary.
